Product Exchange Policy (No Returns for Non-Quality Issues)
Product Evaluation Period
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide details such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Product Name for Exchange," "Reason for Exchange," and accompanying photos. Our customer service representatives will assist you with the exchange process upon receiving the information.
Exchange Guidelines
The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging. Please ensure the integrity of the product, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials, without any missing accessories or damage to the original box.
The following cases are not eligible for returns:
Products that exceed 7 days from the date of receipt (products beyond seven days should be handled at the service center).
Damaged products due to human factors, such as soiling, malfunction, destruction, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, etc.
Returns with incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or excessive returns.
Exchange Guidelines
The exchanged product must be free from any damage caused by human defects. Please keep the original packaging intact, including the outer cardboard packaging. As the nature of each item may vary, any disputes regarding returns or exchanges will be subject to the company's rights.

All warranty periods start from the date of purchase (as shown on the receipt). When applying for warranty service, customers must provide a valid original purchase receipt, and the product must have the company's warranty laser label affixed. Warranty service only applies to hardware failures not caused by human factors. If the product experiences any human-caused damage, including but not limited to: casing damage, bent/broken pins, burnt chips, physical damage caused by overclocking, self-disassembly, etc., the warranty will immediately become void, and the company will not accept the claim. Once the product exceeds the warranty period, the company will not accept any requests for warranty service, repair, or exchange.
Exchange Process
If both parties agree to the exchange, please process the return on the original order and place a new order in the store. The company will only issue an invoice for the price difference and collect or refund the corresponding fees. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
Return Charges
Unopened items: Upon receiving the returned goods (the product must be in a new condition and complete packaging, including the integrity of the product, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials without any missing accessories or damage to the original box), a deduction of 20% of the total amount or a minimum of HKD$100 (whichever is higher) will be made for packaging, shipping, and electronic payment fees (if applicable). The refund will be issued to the customer via check within three days upon confirmation.
Opened items: Upon receiving the returned goods, after inspecting the product packaging/accessories and verifying their completeness (including any free gifts, which must be returned together), a deduction of 40% of the total amount or a minimum of HKD$200 (whichever is higher) will be made for packaging, shipping, and electronic payment fees (if applicable). Once we agree to the return, the refund will be issued to the customer via check within three days.
Cancellation Charges (Applicable only to unshipped orders)
For orders that have not been shipped, our company will charge a cancellation fee of 10% or $50 (whichever is higher) as payment for refund and administrative processing.
